ISO 22333 vs ISO 22313: what is the difference?
ISO 22313:2020 is the published guidance on the use of ISO 22301 and is available today. ISO/DIS 22333 is a draft that would add a process reference model. They answer different questions and can be used together; the public record states no relationship between them.

ISO/DIS 22333
A draft that would describe the BCMS as a set of processes with purposes and outcomes, aligned with ISO 22301 and meeting ISO/IEC 33004 criteria. The draft text is not public.
