Does a guidance document change my certificate?
No. A management system certificate is issued against a requirements standard. Guidance can inform an observation or an improvement, but it does not create a certifiable requirement and it does not change the certificate on its own.
What the certificate names
Check the certificate and the certification agreement. They name the standard, its edition and the scope. A draft guidance document is not on that list.
What can change it
A new edition of the requirements standard, a change in the scope of certification, or a contract that names a different edition. Ask the certification body in writing which applies.
How to record it
Keep conformity against ISO 22301 and process performance against the model in separate columns. Report a process weakness as an improvement unless it also breaches a requirement.
